Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Ridgeline Concrete for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

Services

Ridgeline Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete services in North Mississippi and the greater Memphis, TN area, including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, sidewalks, stamped concrete, and concrete repair. All work is subject to a written proposal or contract agreed upon before work begins.

Estimates & Pricing

Free estimates are provided based on information gathered during an on-site visit. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may be adjusted if project scope, site conditions, or material costs change materially from those assessed at the time of the estimate.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each individual project contract. A deposit is typically required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to fees as specified in the project contract.

Warranty

Ridgeline Concrete provides a one-year warranty on workmanship for all completed projects. This warranty covers defects in labor and installation. It does not cover damage caused by:

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period. We will inspect the issue and, if covered, perform corrective work at no charge.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

Curing & Post-Installation Care

Concrete requires proper curing time. Customers must keep foot traffic off new concrete for at least 24–48 hours and vehicle traffic off for a minimum of 7 days. Full strength is reached at approximately 28 days. Ridgeline Concrete is not responsible for damage resulting from failure to follow curing guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

Ridgeline Concrete's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution in good faith. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi.
